Shipping Policy

At DrSex, we know that privacy, speed, and reliability are essential — especially when it comes to deliveries. That’s why we offer discreet, fast, and trackable shipping across South Africa, so you can shop with confidence and peace of mind.

We charge a flat rate of R150 for shipping of orders under R1000. All orders over R1000 are not subject to shipping costs. We process all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment. Orders placed after business hours, over weekends, or during public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping typically takes 5-7 working days, depending on your location. We use trusted local couriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and discreetly. All parcels are packaged in plain, unbranded packaging — no logos, product names, or branding will appear on the outside. What’s inside is your business.

Delivery timeframes may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier service disruptions beyond our control. While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery windows, DrSex cannot be held liable for delays once your parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost parcels or delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If your package is returned to us due to an address error, re-delivery fees may apply.

We currently only ship within South Africa. If you are based outside of the country and interested in purchasing from us, please reach out to our support team — we’ll do our best to accommodate you where possible.
